After being let down by another local planning agent, ignoring emails, false information & false promises we contacted Tim who turned the application around in less than a week in the lead up to Christmas 2021. Tim quickly advised us of the incorrect information provided by our previous agent (that had lost 3 months of valuable time as a result) and we quickly had the application submitted with all pre-empted surveys.
